Sterling Valley Maple Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship orders within a timely fashion. Many of our orders are shipped using a 3rd party logistics company, which means tracking may show your package shipped from locations other than NY.  Rest assured this is still SVM maple syrup- we ship pallets of our syrup to companies that specialize in shipping in order to take advantage of economies of scale.

Generally, our certified organic maple syrup in pint and larger containers ships with no additional charge to you.  If your order consists primarily of smaller, less expensive items we include a shipping charge on your order to cover the cost of packing and shipping these to you.

If you are local to the Croghan, NY area, attend one of our farmers markets, or will be traveling through Northern New York please contact us to arrange pickup or delivery. You'll get your syrup faster and will be able to save on shipping costs.
