Visit Us

We encourage you to visit our "Sugar Shanty" any time we are boiling during the maple season. We love to meet our customers and are proud to show you around our operation. 

During the off season we may not be working around the shanty; we are often in the woods checking or adding tubing, attending farmers markets or trade shows, or working on other projects. However, we encourage you to check with us ahead of time by calling 315-586-2599 or e-mailing josh@sterlingvalleymaple.com to arrange for a visit or to purchase syrup from our shanty.
