Maple Glazed Ham
Last night we tried a new recipe at our house: Maple-Dijon Glazed Ham
- 1/2 Cup maple syrup
- 1/2 Cup granulated maple sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
You simply simmer the glaze for about two minutes while stirring it with a whisk and then pour/brush it over your cooked ham during the last 20 minutes of cooking (it helps to turn the temperature up nice and high during the last 20 minutes to get a fantastic caramelized outer layer on the ham).
