This is New York State Grade A syrup with a Dark Color and a Robust Maple taste. This grade of syrup is known for having a stronger taste than other grades and is perfect for use in recipes or to add maple flavor to cooking. Some prefer this to other grades for table use to add a strong maple flavor to pancakes or waffles.
To make syrup, pure maple sap is collected from thousands of maple trees on our family's land and boiled down to produce maple syrup. Very high quality product made in America by Americans. This maple syrup is just smooth and so tasty! Good on waffles, pancakes, in coffee, even as an ice cream topping, I've tried it on so many of my favorite foods. You are not going to go wrong with this syrup. Unless your wife catches you taking swigs of syrup out of the half gallon jug...like mine did! Now I use a shot glass. Everybody's happy! LOVE MY STERLING VALLEY MAPLE SYRUP!!!
You don’t know what you are missing if you haven’t tried this syrup. My kids have always had store bought. I had them try the dark and bourbon from Sterling Valley Maple and it will now be the only Syrup we have in our house.
